Terms of sale
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These terms govern every order placed on www.cultureblank.com. They distinguish sales to consumers from sales to businesses (resellers, brands, studios), which differ notably on the right of withdrawal.
1. Products
Culture Blank sells heavyweight blank apparel (hoodies, tees, longsleeves, joggers, waffle) and offers customisation by direct-to-garment printing (DTG) or embroidery, along with branding accessories: woven labels, hangtags and custom polybags.
Photographs and configurator renders illustrate the product as faithfully as possible but are not contractual: minor variations in shade may occur between screens and between production batches.
The print zone shown in the configurator is the genuinely printable area. Artwork cannot extend beyond it; the configurator prevents this.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
VAT: ——— (to be completed by the publisher)
Shipping is calculated from the total weight of the order and shown before any payment.
Wholesale prices depend on order quantity, per the volume grid shown in the wholesale area.
3. Orders
An order is firm once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email carrying an order reference is then sent.
For customised orders, the customer validates the placement, size and marking method themselves in the configurator. That placement is what production works from.
The customer warrants that they hold all rights to the files they submit (logos, trademarks, artwork) and indemnifies Culture Blank against any third-party claim arising from them. Culture Blank may refuse any manifestly infringing or unlawful file and refund the corresponding order.
Production tolerance: on customised orders, placement variations of a few millimetres are inherent to textile printing and embroidery and do not constitute a defect.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe. Culture Blank never has access to card numbers, which are handled directly by the payment provider.
Orders are released to production only once payment has actually cleared.
5. Delivery
Orders ship from China. Stated lead times are estimates running from payment confirmation and, for customised orders, from the start of production.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.
Any customs duties and import taxes due in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
Risk passes to the consumer on physical delivery of the parcel.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have fourteen (14) days from receipt to withdraw from their order, without justification or penalty.
IMPORTANT — Statutory exclusion: under article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, this right does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Any printed, embroidered or custom-labelled item is therefore permanently excluded from withdrawal.
To exercise this right on a non-personalised item, write to contact@cultureblank.com quoting the order reference. Items must be returned complete, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective goods or a picking error. Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days of recovering the items, using the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business sales.
7. Statutory guarantees
Regardless of any commercial warranty, consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 ff. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 ff. of the French Civil Code).
Where goods are not in conformity, the consumer may request repair or replacement and, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale, on the conditions set by law.
Any claim about a defect, a wrong item or non-conforming marking should be sent to contact@cultureblank.com, ideally within fourteen (14) days of receipt, with photographs.
8. Complaints and mediation
Claims should first be addressed to contact@cultureblank.com. Culture Blank undertakes to reply promptly.
Failing an amicable settlement, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: ——— — ———
The European online dispute resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
For consumer sales, statutory rules of jurisdiction apply. For business-to-business sales, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office.
